HRT with Hysterectomy

I need to see if there are specific herbs that would be best to naturally replace lost hormones when one has had a hysterectomy including removal of the ovaries. I have read alot of suggestions, but it get confusing when you read one place to take for example C-X with surgical menopause, and then in another source not to take C-X when had a hysterectomy. What about support for the other glands? Thank you. -Diana

Hi Diana, I'm Diana in Atlanta and I had a total hysterectomy four years ago.

After many "experiments" with different herbs/combos, I have found what works for me....I use Flash Ease every am and pm, Evening Primrose Oil, am and pm, and topical progesterone cream.

Also, my diet is pretty healthy, I drink plenty of filtered water, I take all of the "usual" daily vitamins/supplements, no prescription drugs, no antibiotics, I exercise, and my emotional state is good (at any given time:):) For me, all of these are inter-connected.
