Heat Exhaustion
My son got over heated a few years ago. Ever since then he can not take a lot of heat. Only 20 min of running around at recess yesterday and it happened again. Besides lots of water, are there any herbs that would restore him? Thanks. -Jennfer

Aloe Vera Juice and Greens (Super Algae, pH Green Zone, Barley Juice Capsules, Liquid Chlorophyll) on a regular daily basis and then frequent small doses during actual heat exposure. This usually restores the minerals so the person can sweat instead of overheat. Drinking lemon water and/or Liquid Chlorophyll seems to hydrate better for these people than plain water. He may also need an herbal Vitamin C (Rose Hips is my favorite). -Desiree

Yucca is said to give people a much higher tolerance to heat. I've heard testimonies of folks who take it regularly before going out to do lawn work, etc. -Deana |
