|Body Type - Thymus Gland
Anatomy and Physiology:
The thymus gland is a pink-gray organ that lies underneath the top of the breastbone. Upon autopsies, the thymus has generally been found very shriveled, so it is thought that it has no function after childhood. This theory is deathly wrong. The thymus supplies as least 50% of the immune system for the body. It creates T-lymphocytes which help cells recognize and destroy invading bacteria, virus, tumors, etc. We are a generation dying of diseases, no wonder it is shriveled. We work it to death and then die for lack of immunity! The thymus is also responsible for self-esteem, positive attractions, and repelling negatives. When vaccines are given, many of them lodge in the thymus, which creates disease later on when the body calls on the thymus for reinforcements and all it has to offer is a disease particle.
