Body Type - Reproductive Glandular

Anatomy and Physiology:
WOMEN: The uterus is a muscle weighing about 2 ounces. The ovaries are 2 almond-shaped glands.

MEN: The prostate is a small gland wrapping the urethra, and reaching full size at about age twenty. The testes are two glands suspended in the scrotum. Their main function is formation, development, and excretion of sperm, and secretions of testosterone.

Causes of Weakness:

WOMEN:
Pituitary Imbalance
Slow Liver (iron is essential in the cycle process)
Hypoadrenia
The Thyroid is the third ovary in a woman and is also responsible for calcium.

MEN:
Improper Pituitary Function
Tight Underclothing
Thyroid

Indication of Weakness:

WOMEN:
Menstrual pain
Too heavy of a flow and too long equals too much estrogen
Water retention
Breast soreness
Cramping
Irritability
Headaches during that time of the month
Facial hair, balding, deep voice, masculinization
Weak or sore adductors, perciformis, gluteus medius, gluteus maximus

MEN:
Infertility
Brittle Bones
Sciatica
Testicular Atrophy
Weak or Sore perciformis, gluteus maximum, gluteus medius, adductors

Suggestions to Strengthen:

WOMEN:
Organic Iron
Organic Iodine (kelp, black walnut, dulse)
False Unicorn and crampbark have been known to help in cases of infertility
Get out in the Sun
Avoid sexually stimulating books, TV, etc. These keep the body confused and taunted.
Check adrenals

MEN:
Zinc
Saw Palmetto
Gingko
Get out in the sun
Physical Features:
Sway back
Saddle bags
Large Rear end
Weight is carried on hips and thighs
Pear-shaped body
Larger on bottom than top

Personality Tendencies:
Motherly
Nurturing
Magnetic, warm, friendly
Needs close relationships
Generally have hobbies
If there is a crease in the chin, under the lower lip, it is a sign of prostate or uterus trouble, probably secondary to toxins.

Food Cravings:
Rich, spicy, exotic foods
Enjoy eating well-made foods
Creamy sorts of foods

Common Health Problems:
PMS
Bladder Infections
Water retention
Thyroid and pituitary imbalance
Liver weakness
Sodium/potassium out of balance
