Blood Pressure-High-Low Difference
Does anyone remember hearing what it meant if there was more than 45 points difference between the systolic and diastolic numbers on blood pressure. I remember hearing it--I was thinking it was from Kim B. but can't find it. -Marilyn

I use the fact that when systolic goes high I work more on kidney and electrolyte issues. Some herbs to use here are:
Black Cohosh Root, Cayenne, Garlic, Ginger Root, Ginseng (Panax ginseng), Goldenseal Root, Valerian Root, Kelp, Maitake Mushroom, Olive Leaf , Passion Flower, Scullcap, Hawthorne Berry, Celery Seed and Parsley Seed. I believe that when they are further apart that the electrolytes play a huge role and there are signs of stagnation or atrophy like in seniors.
Systolic is when the blood pressure when the heart is contracting. It is specifically the maximum arterial pressure during contraction of the left ventricle of the heart. Diastolic is referring to the time when the heart is in a period of relaxation and dilation -Kimberly D. Balas

I have been seeing a surprising number of "kidneys-in-crisis" energy foot bath results in the last month; never realized so many people could be more dehydrated in the spring than in the summer! I have come to the conclusion that people donıt drink enough in the winter because they donıt ³feel² thirsty like they do during the hot days of summer. I have been checking their blood pressure, and sure enough, the systolic number is high. So, rather than focus on the blood pressure, I focus on the kidneys, as Kim taught me --- I have them increase their water intake, and add Kidney Drainage to it. It is really amazing to see the huge improvements in both their foot bath water, and their blood pressure reading (almost always normalized) by their next bath. I use the Kidney and Lymphatic Drainage with so many of my clients to get things moving and get incredible results with these two products. -Sharon Grimes |
