Social Anxiety Disorder
I have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. I have not been able to go anywhere hardly since may my Fr prescribed Paxil Buspar. I started taking the Paxil today and found by afternoon I was having the shakes. I'm freezing and it felt like my nerves were trying to crawl out of my body. I was wondering if anyone knew of any natural therapies that will help with this disorder as I can not live like this. -Kelly

You must work on the nervous and glandular system. The thyroid and adrenals are important here. The thyroid is the emotion gland and the adrenals are your stress glands. If I knew your blood type that would be helpful. Start with Stress Relief. This will help feed your adrenals. Use Kelp daily for the thyroid and HSN-W. The Chinese formula Chinese Stress Relief daily is excellent to calm you and is high in the calcium you need. In fact taking cal mag plus Vitamin D daily would be beneficial for your nerves. Also you should see results quickly. Adding Mineral Chi would be optional but beneficial eliminate white sugar, white flour, coffee and tea. A high raw diet of fresh vegetables is wonderful for you. If you are type O blood please add extra protein, poached eggs and free range meat to your diet. SynerProTein would also be good if you want a soy based protein. This stuff is good to take anyway for the amino acids that it provides. Please do not worry so much about what people think about you. Love yourself. You are a creation of god.
