Besides taking Wild Yam and using the Pro-G-Yam cream, what else might be helpful in shrinking fibroids? I have an appt coming up in May and I sure would like to show my doctor that they are not growing any more (he is suggesting hysterectomy).

VX orally and as a vaginal insertion has gotten good results. There is an detailed information sheet on Steven Horn's website, www.treelite.com/.
