Regarding Effexor XR, I've Read horror stories on getting off this stuff. I've been taking this for about 3 to 4 years. I've been doing some research and I found a person that got off by using somthing similar to Gaba Plus and the Omega Vitamins so that is what I'm going to try. I'll post when I start which will be in a month or so and let you guys know how it goes. Gotta get the herbs in and the nerve up.

Ok, I finally did it. About a year ago I went to my Dr. and told her I wanted off. She took me off slowly over a period of 2 months. When I finally stopped I had a few night mares but that was about it. Just wanted to put that out there so if your afraid to get off of it don't be. Its not that bad. _________________ Kathy |
