PH range of acceptance chart (see book) Look how narrow the range of acceptance is for iodine! No wonder so many people have problems with their thyroids! Use pH testing strips or get QFA evaluation done – do it first thing in the morning (most accurate: no intercourse the night before, no eating or drinking after 6 p.m.; otherwise you are testing how well chlorophyll works in your body [if it balances your pH]) Narrow range for iodine affects thyroid; thyroid imbalances create all kinds of neurological problems (bi-polar, schizophrenia If you get your thyroid balanced, it is hard to get that pH back into balance – spiraling effect; tenseness or stress causes the body to become acidic (also anger, jealousy, bitterness – need to choose to have right emotions). You have to wake up in the morning and say, "Today, I choose to be angry; I have a right to be angry!". Alkaline – most alkaline, watermelon; chew the black seeds, they aid your kidneys – you won't grow a watermelon! They help activate the kidneys, which helps you regulate mineral balance and neutralize your pH. Lemons will do the same thing. Acidic – sugar, coffee, soda pop, milk (not a good calcium source - get more from almonds, oatmeal, greens) - because it is acidic, it actually leaches calcium from the bones! People who drink the most milk tend to have the most structural problems. If you are buying commercial milk – used to get 15 years out of dairy cow, but now with the hormones given to the cattle, they get fat on less food, and because of all the fast growth they are giving them, their teats puss up (nice thick creamy puss), and if they don't catch it first, it goes into your milk; then they give them antibiotics. Soy and rice milks a better choice (still acidic). Almond milk is the best!!

You can start from scratch and grind your own almonds, otherwise buy almond butter. Raw is best. Roasted tastes yummy! In a blender, put in 2-3 T. nut butter (or ground almonds); 1 cup of hot water (to emulsify), a little bit of vanilla (1 t.), and a little honey (or stevia) to taste. Almond extract – just need 3-4 drops (Sam's Club is very good); pinch of sea salt; add cold water and ice to the top of the blender and blend. You can make milk, or frozen ice milk (thicker – don't add any extra water).
