Running - Long Distance
Any advice on products that support & enhance endurance and energy for long distant running? -Sherrie Hatch

It is extremely important to take in the electrolytes...potassium, sodium, magnesium. While the person runs have them drink not just plain water, but water that has potassium in it...so maybe the Recovery Powder in their water.
According to some study the Chinese did, which is mentioned in the Herb Allure document for Cordyceps...9 Chinese female runners broke records at their national games. They had been using Cordyceps as part of their supplements. Cordyceps increases stamina and energy production and it is believed to do so because Cordyceps opens up airways to allow more oxygen to the body. -Lourdes Martinez

I too was a runner for 30 years before stress resulting in lower back/sciatica issues. Pay close attention to the body. Thai-Go will help with the free radicals produced by over-exercising too. I miss jogging but do walk/hike daily. -Marcia |
