Rheumatic Fever

I met a lady who has rheumatic fever. She is on penicillin - the side effect she experiences from this is fever. She also mentioned that her heart hurts, also her joints. The pains, she says, are just about unbearable. What would you recommend to provide the nutritional support she most needs in this situation? -Dwight
