Primary Dysmenorrhea
I'm trying to help a lady with primary dysmenorrhea; there are very few references for this. Is this similar to endometriosis? If not what is the difference. I do believe they both have to do with the lining of the uterus. What kind of help can I suggest to this woman. She has not been able to get pregnant and wants to so badly. -Maggie

I looked it up in an Alternative Medicine book I have. It sounds like a excessive PMS issue. I do have some suggestions.
Diet: Whole food diet -- no fast food, excessive fat, no dairy, caffeine -- definitely cut out the sugar. B-6 (along with B-Complex) SynerPro Cal/Mag and PDA or Food Enzymes + Magnesium (relaxes muscles). I would suggest she start with 3 Cal/Mag, twice daily + 1 Magnesium Complex. The week prior to her period, make that 5 Cal/Mag + 2 Magnesium Complex twice daily. I'd throw in some Psyllium caps or bulk. Also, give her 2 Black Currant Oil, twice daily with a Hi Lipase.
THEN muscle test her on Pro-G-Yam Cream.
This should help with her discomfort AND she should get pregnant. It's a good idea for her to get straightened out before getting pregnant. She may want to take the Liver Cleanse for a while after starting this program, and before getting pg. She'll have a better pregnancy and baby will be healthier.
Do a search on fertility on the FAQ. -Georgiana |
