Pet - Bladder Cancer
I have a customer who needs help with her 11-year old rottweiler mix that has been diagnosed with bladder cancer. She is going pretty fast. Anyone have any suggestions. -Nancy Tawney

Eleven is quite old but there is still hope. An aggressive treatment is necessary. Most importantly change the diet gradually to real 'live foods'. Processed pet foods are no better for them then are processed refined foods for us. Cook chicken, hamburger or pork. Boil, add grains such as cooked barley. Basmati rice has an affinity for the bladder meridian. Oats, steam vegetables particularly green string beans, broccoli, carrots, etc. Use organic if possible. Give two packets daily of Pau d'Arco Power Pack. Contains Pau d'Arco, essiac tea and shark cartilage. Alternate days with two packs of antioxidant arsenal, one cap daily of Chinese Trigger Immune will help to build the immune system. One cap of KB-C and one of Cornsilk to soothe the irritated bladder, mucous membrane. This may seem like a lot of herbs and a lot of work but it is essential in order to give the dog a fighting chance. -Gail Pfaff ND

Get the pet on Morinda, Noni Juice right away as much as it will drink. They usually lap it up. Can't say for sure if it will save the animal. Dr Tran, vet, thinks the stuff works miracles with his patients but will definitely make it more comfortable. -Nancy |
