Neck - Bulging Disks

I have a friend who has two bulging disks in her neck. The doctors have recommended fusing them together. She is terrified and does not want to go this route. Any suggestions. -Lerae Mcbroom

All of the other suggestions are great, however she needs to see a good chiropractor in her area. Whatever she does don't let them fuse the vertebrae. She will most likely regret it. I work for a chiropractor and see the fantastic results of chiropractic daily. The doctor I work for was in medical school when he was involved in a serious MVA. He herniated a couple of discs in his back. Being in medical school he took the standard route of care. Pain pills and physical therapy with hardly any relief. After a few months a friend convinced him to see a chiropractor and reluctantly he went. Within a few adjustments he was doing much better. He continued with his chiropractic treatments and was so amazed at his progress that he quit medical school and enrolled in a chiropractic college.
