Marathon Preparation
What NSP products would be recommended for a 20 year old women who is going to run a marathon in 3 months? And how/when would these products be taken? Thanks for your help. -Sheri Holthus

Make sure she is building with herbs. Spirulina, or even GreenZone with will cover all bases. Add some White American Ginseng for stamina. Also foods of the protein quality like Salmon, Turkey and Chicken. She will need to make sure she has as much lean muscle tone as she can build up. Also important is amino acids. NSP has PrimeForm Aminos that she should stay on prior and during. Another little trick many runners use is Arnica Homeopathic during the run to reduce lactic acid build up in the muscles. The race is over! Heidi ran 9 min 45 sec mile average and finished the marathon in 144th place in approx. 320 participants. She followed the guidelines posted on the forum and also used Colloidal Minerals and Recovery during and after the race. Thanks for the help. -Sheri Holthus |
