Ligaments - Herbs to Speed Healing
I am diagnosed with injured Ligaments in my right wrist and Arm .Need help to find Herbs to help heal .Thank you and Bless you. -Maria S. Campbell
Glucosamine and MSM capsules will help. Also if you have inflammation try IF-C. I would take more than what is recommended on the bottle. Also Chamomile caps will help you to relax. I use Chamomile caps when I have been on the computer too long and my shoulders feel as if they are around the top of my head. They relax the tension and also help with digestion which in turn means better assimilation of nutrients. Hope this helps. -Gwen
Has anyone suggested Target Endurance? I have had lots of success with people using it to repair muscles, tendons and ligaments from injuries. At least 6 per day. Add Nature's Phenyltol for pain.
