Leg - Aches

Does anyone know of what could help with aches in both legs when walking up steps? Thank you!! -Diana

Well it could be a large combination of things or simply one underlying contributor. Also, it depends on what kind of pain is it muscular or more a joint and bone type pain.

Muscular: Low potassium and or poor circulation are the first two things I would consider. Joint or bone pains: could be anything from cartilage to early signs of osteoporosis. MSM and Glucosamine/Chondroitin will help the pain in both concerns. Chondroitin is primarily used for cartilage problems. You may simply have lactic acid build up in the muscles. Try to find the underlying issue first. -Paola
