Iridology - Color Around Pupil
Can someone explain exactly what the light and dark yellow means that completely surrounds the area just around the pupil. Is this affecting the stomach or colon area or both? What is the cause and how does one work at clearing the yellow from the area? Is this catarrh or heavy mucous? I have been told that it is related to sugar, but don't know if I can trust the credibility of person sharing that information. I am very much interested in what is the cause and suggestions as to what to do to get rid of it. -John Adams

I'm an Iridologist/Sclerologist from Canada and here is what those colours mean:
If this color is totally surrounding the pupil then we are talking about the digestive system here - namely the stomach and small/large intestine. The darker this area is the more digestive challenges one will have. This coloration usually will not totally disappear with cleansing but may lighten.
Yellow coloration that sometimes goes beyond the Autonomic Nerve Wreath (the circular area around the pupil) is related to uric acid retention and the kidneys need attention. Orange is related to sugar difficulties and brown is liver disturbances. Hope this helps. -Mike Zavitz

I am an Iridologist in the US and I agree with our friend in Canada. And I would add to this: You may want to increase your intake of more dark leafy vegetables and cut back on your acid type foods, especially coffee and tea, and add digestive enzymes to your daily regime. An over acid system is the root of many evils. -Laura |
