Iridology - Lymphatic Uric Acid Subtype
I was reading about this type in the latest Nature's Field and had always wondered about all those white fibers. I immediately started KB-C, and drinking more water, though I pee like crazy from it. My diet is very high alkaline, 95% raw but even so, my muscles hurt from the slightest exercise (more than a normal pain), my neck crackles and pops in the worst way and I can't seem to hold onto minerals (I think this is normal for O blood types?). Is there something else I should be doing? Thank U! -Patricia Parker

Do do test for Skeletal Strength? Do you take EFA's esp. Omega 3? Best wishes. -Leslie Lechner

Actually, I find that O's suffer the most when they do more of an alkaline diet. I am not disagreeing that there needs to be alkaline components going in but mostly to balance intake of protein (which is acidic). O's tend to be more acidic. I would add the Free amino acids to help here. -Kimberly D. Balas |
