Hyperactivity - Recipe for
It is important to BALANCE the carbohydrates with protein and mono-unsaturated fats EVERY time a hyperactive child eats. Just one snack of carbohydrate with no protein or fat can cause the blood sugar to be off for the entire day.
Here is the information from Recipes for Success:
Hyperactivity:
Stress Relief*, Nutri-Calm, or Stress Pack
Stress-J is particularly effective with children
Nature's Chi (1 capsule twice daily)
Grapine*
Val Extract
Calcium (See Calcium card.)
Eliminate all sugar, food coloring, & artificial flavors from diet. Always eat protein & monounsaturated fats (almonds, olive oil, peanuts, avocado) with carbohydrates.
