Heart - Murmur
I need some expertise advice on heart murmur. A client (age 59) called with info that she now has a heart murmur—rated between 2-3. She has had major health issues and the last few years been on a very comprehensive program which has done wonders for her. Has been doing a lot of walking—particularly uphill-----and wonder if exercise could play a part in this. Her 5 year old stints are clear, her hypoglycemia much better, energy level, sleep issues, etc, etc much, much better. Went to a doctor for a little skin issue and they said she has a heart murmur---which she never had before---So now she wonders what should be done, if anything---or just watch it and see if it progresses. Hates to go through thousands of dollars worth of tests and start medications, etc when she has freed herself from all of that---but needs to be sensible if this really is an issue. I know nothing about this, and wonder if you "experts" out there have worked with this and can give some good advice???? Thanks. -gh

My suggestion is COQ10 and Hawthorn...my dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur two years ago and he gets COQ10 and Hawthorn daily and shows no symptoms at all. |
