Gum Receding
Isn't there something to help with receding gums where tooth root is exposed. Is it Black Walnut? -Donna

You can try White Oak Bark which is an astringent. Also you might want to use Liquid Echinacea/Golden Seal in water as a mouth rinse (swish around and hold) then swallow. -Carol

My research into receding gums and periodontal disease is that the person is very deficient in vitamin C somewhat like survey. NSP's Vitamin C Ascorbates has 2000mg per serving. Excellent source.
Also CO-Q-10 is important to rebuild tissue. -Sandra Nesky

What has helped my clients is using the NSP Toothpaste. Hold it in your mouth after brushing, even take your shower. White Oak Bark tightens the gums and can be taken orally and sprinkled on the toothpaste and brush with it. -Nadine

Proper brushing and regular visits to the dentist are very important. Brushing after every meal is advisable. -Mirk

Try an astringent herb like white oak bark to tighten. Also, you could use NSP's toothpaste and Echincea/Golden Seal Extract as a gargle in some water and then swallow. -Carol Hartwell

Take CoQ10 75 and White Oak Bark by mouth.
Brush with Sunshine Brite Toothpaste allowing the suds to stay on gums a couple minutes 2 times a day. And make white oak bark packs and apply to gums overnight.
