Gum Pockets? Deep Dental Cleaning
From my own experience, that plaque is on there like cement and over the years because of fear of dentists I didn't keep up with it and didn't know the importance of not only flossing but digging with picks as I do now. Eventually it will recede the gum. Two of my teeth had to be pulled because it finally abscessed and got infected.
But now I am a saint with my teeth, and already the dentist said that things are improving. I have another pocket because of a tooth pulled and the other is falling because of gravity and the pocket is getting deeper but every night I take a pick and clean like crazy because I can't afford another tooth.
You may have no choice but either to cut or pull. Chlorophyll and Echinacea can be put on them from then on. -J. Thaxter

I used to go to a periodontist twice a year for deep root cleaning.
That along with regular dental cleansing. I haven't done that in at least 3.5 yrs. Things that have helped me is High Potency Grapine, and 3000 mg. Vitamin C daily (minimal). I have had surgery in three areas of my mouth about eight years ago. So far, so good.. -Inge Wetzel

I just read that CoQ10 is the best thing to take for receding gums. I just ordered some for my husband and me. You may want to try that as a preventative. -Joan Kasich |
