Growing Pains

I can't seem to find any reading suggestions to help with growing pains. What are the deficiencies? My first thought is Calcium/Magnesium. -Dorie

Calcium Magnesium is a good place to start whether it be a toothache headache, leg ache. etc. Most generally will be a mineral deficiency in the body. Feed the body minerals and the body will stop crying out. A digestive aid like Food Enzymes or PDA is suggested to make sure body will break down and assimilate these minerals. Might want to look into SynerPro Calcium Magnesium, Magnesium, Colloidal Minerals, Skeletal Strength, also B-Complex vitamins aid digestion, nerves and muscle cramps, Charlie horses, etc. -Stacey Brown
