Fungus
I had a customer come in with fungus under his pointer finger that had lifted his nail and traveled to his wrist. He is a construction worker and says he gets the same thing on his rear and knee when he works in extremely hot weather. I suggested Pau D'Arco capsules and lotion. What else will give him the quickest results? How many of the capsules of Pau' d Arco and for how long? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, Jan

Check him for candida. You might test him for Caprylic Acid or Caprylimune or the Candida homeopathic. Also, Tea Tree Oil topically should help stop the fungus. As far as how much of the Pau D'Arco to use and for how long, muscle test, it's the surest way to get an answer. (My rule of thumb on how long is at least one month for every year a person has had the problem but that isn't always long enough especially with something like this.) -Mike

Pau D 'Arco at 4 capsules 2-3 times a day. Make an essential oil blend with 1/3 Tea Tree, 1/3 Thyme and 1/3 Oregano. Have him apply this combination on a dry nail 3 times a day. The trick is to keep the skin and nail dry. Fungus or Micosporum needs moisture to grow. On his skin do not use the above combination. You might make a powder with Tea Tree Essential Oil and add the contents of a few Pau D Arco capsules to kill the fungal. He needs to wear 100% cotton so his skin can breath. -Suzanne |
