Food Enzymes
I just learned I need HCL so started the Food Enzymes but don't know how much I should take to start. I'm an o blood type and 65 yrs old, eat more chicken than red meat but have many of the symptoms of low HCL. Read a bit of the book Green for Life and have belching, itching of rectum, bad heartburn and others. I ate some beats, juice, greens and all and it all showed up in the bowels as though nothing had been digested. Can anyone suggest amounts they would take with similar symptoms. Thanks. -Marianne

Hi Marianne, I would take 3 with each meal. The itching of the rectum does sound like possible parasites tho. Now, there are two things I feel are important to start -- Digestion & Elimination, then make sure you are taking a multiple, antioxidants and minerals.
BUT, if you do a ParaCleanse -- Be SURE to start fiber and a bowel stimulant FIRST. Then continue that while you do the para cleanse because you want the dead parasites carried out of the body. If you don't do it in that order 1.Digestion, 2. Elimination (Fiber), 3. Para Cleanse -- You can feel fatigued and/or possibly ill from the dead parasites. All the while taking your enzymes and supplements.
The NSP Habit-of-Health 90-Day Challenge is a great way to start -- plus you get a discount for doing it! Believe me, you will feel much better!!
Do continue with your veggies, especially those leafy greens -- they really help!
