|Cleanse vs Build
We use Bowel Detox (it used to be called bowel build - but they didn't change the formula - just the name)
Cellular Build is good for this also - it helps people that are having bowel movement to have more productive bm
And also fiber - Psyllium Seed is a scrubber and psyllium hulls are Fiber - fiber is the only thing that "exercises" the colon by pushing on the colon walls - causing the parastolic action - working that muscle.
And Probiotics, Chlorophyll, Aloe Vera (for some blood types), and also anything that nourishes the colon, like Slippery Elm, Marshmallow, Intestinal Soothe & Build, CLT-X, etc -
It is important to support each level as the person get healthy, and lets go of control issues (which are in the colon) - so at first they may be on cleansers, then it is important to start building the colon, to MT to find which products would give them the best results as they (hopefully) change their diet to be better for them - if they don't change their diet -they should do cleanses on a regular basis to keep their colon cleansed, then do nourishing products inbetween.
