Cholesterol
Guggul Lipid used with LOCLO or Fat Grabbers as a source of soluble fiber
Niacin
Omega-3 EPA
Chromium (3-4 daily).
High Potency Garlic
DHEA - Helps lower serum LDL, the "bad" cholesterol
Do a Gallbladder and/or Liver Cleanse if high cholesterol persists.
Eliminate caffeine as it increases free fatty acids in the bloodstream.
NOTE: Cholesterol-lowering drugs deplete the body of Coenzyme Q-10, a basic heart nutrient. (Health Revelations, 2/95)

1. Soluble fiber is one key. Get it in every form you can. Keep up
the water intake.
2. Balance the diet. Triglycerides can come from too much sugar in the diet - not fat in the diet.
Eat plenty of fruits & vegetables - but never eat them without some good source of protein and a small amount of monounsaturated fat. I have dropped my Total Cholesterol over 200 points - Triglycerides from 600 to under 100 - Using the above. Also consider using Mega-Chel - great product.
