Chinese Blood Build

Any reason I shouldn't use Chinese Blood Build with a 4 month old. He is on his 4th blood transfusion. Hgb is holding for the moment. I know he has elevated liver markers but don't know if it is representative of something physiologically wrong or just the fact that he is on TPN
(total parenteral nutrition/IV nutrition), example= his triglycerides are high but he is getting triglycerides directly into his blood stream through the TPN so I don't know to interpret that the way the metabolic typing course suggests. Being this involves TPN and Chemistry interpretation I would love to hear from Kim. Thanks.
Ps. he also has short gut syndrome, about 30cm of functional intestine, maybe a little less. So far I have him on breast milk and Bifidophilus and l-roderi, he is on an IV antibiotic for a while until they do his vcug. -Jason

I would definitely give him Chinese Blood Build and I would add liquid Chlorophyll....Lora
