All in all these multis are very acid forming. First one is Vit A (50% from Beta Carotene) usually the other 50% is a palmitate which is a synthetic acid residual. They are using Vit E acetate which is run off from film processing from Kodak that they sell the major vitamin companies. The source of D is not listed either but it is usually a synthetic as well. Most B12 comes from sewer sludge. The minerals are not in chelate form which makes them pretty much unusable when bound with the other synthetics.
This one contains a chromium picolinate which can toxify the liver or an extended period and will also heat the body. With the first ingredient being Calcium Carbonate (chalk) it buffers HCL so then none of the included supplements can be broken down for bioavailable use and usually you wind up with a very healthy toilet because that is what the body has to do with most of it is dump it. 5th ingredient is cellulose, this is a filler to make the tablet bigger so you feel like you are getting your moneys worth.
Microcrystalline cellulose is a naturally derived stabilizer, texturizing agent, and fat replacer. So this will actually reduce the good fats as well by binding them.
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose is a pesticide resin that they shave off wood and sell the sawdust as another filler. Silicon Dioxide is sand. Titanium dioxide is the standard white pigment used principally in paints, paper and plastics. It is the most important pigment in the world, accounting for about 70% of total volume. The pigment is made by processing a variety of titanium-containing minerals such as ilmenite, rutile, leucoxene or titanium slag. They use it to make the vitamin a better color. There is gelatin and starch and sucrose. Oh yes, sure we all have deficiencies in these since they are key ingredients, right? Cupric Oxide is black iron powder which the body usually can't assimilate, especially when bound with Calcium carbonate. Triethyl citrate (chelating agent and pH control) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, and animals. This is produced by Monsanto Company and Zeneca Ag Products. Makes you feel better already, huh?
Lactose the predominant sugar of milk. They use it in multis to breaks down milk sugar into simpler forms that can then be absorbed into the bloodstream. Chromium chloride is a synthetic bordering on the toxic side. Sodium Molybdate is used mostly for manufacturing dyes, pigments, corrosion inhibitor Sodium selenate and sodium selenite are used as supplements to poultry and livestock feed to promote growth and prevent selenium deficiency diseases. Both compounds have been found in chemical waste sites. It is used to dehydrate so that you don't flush as many residuals out of the body through urine, like B vitamins. Sodium Metavanadate is a recycled stabilizing chemical. Actually can burn in large quantities when in contact with skin in a raw form. Nickelous Sulfate shows on a safety data sheet to be harmful if swallowed and reported as a cancer causing agent in laboratory animals and reproduction disorders. They use it as a stabilizing agent so that acids from the other vitamins will not break down and cause the tablet to get mushy. I don't think I even have to provide all the information on the dyes and colorings in here that are carcinogens. Of course they do make the vitamin look good while sitting on your tongue for all of two seconds!!! :-)
